I founded Good Work Round Table in June 2026 around a simple belief: good people doing good work should know each other.
I’ve spent my career in operations and the last 11 years as an owner and Area Developer with Orangetheory Fitness. I came from humble beginnings, and so much of my work ethic, resilience, and determination was shaped long before I became an entrepreneur. Ask me sometime about my mom—my greatest role model and the person from whom I learned so much about strength. It’s a story I’m always happy to tell.
Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of building relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders who share many of the same values: passion, integrity, grit, generosity, and a genuine desire to see other people succeed.
Good Work Round Table grew from those relationships.
To me, this isn't networking for networking's sake. It's about getting the right people in the room and creating opportunities to win with and through each other. We share what’s working. We introduce people who can help one another. We support small businesses, exchange ideas and best practices, and look for ways to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.
And my vision is for this to become much bigger than me.
My hope is that Good Work Round Table becomes a trusted community that continues growing, connecting people, and doing good work for a very long time. I want us to build something that lasts—something that creates opportunities not only for the people in the room, but for the businesses and communities around us.
We gather twice a year, in June and November, and come together annually for a philanthropic event that allows us to put our shared values into action.
